The full list of materials that the ACM router bit can tackle includes acetate, composite panels containing aluminium, brass, bronze, clay, zinc and wood; different plastics include acrylic, Plexiglas, PVC, and thermoplastic.

The ACM router is also ideal for a number of branded materials, including Alucbond, Alupanel, Dibond and Etalbond.

Choosing the Right ACM Router Bits for the Job in Hand

All our ACM router bits are suitable for folding and scoring the materials that were mentioned above. However, there are different sizes available. These include:

  • ½” diameter x ¼” shank x 90 degree TCT V Groove - overall length is 51mm, with two flutes and a maximum RPM of 32,000.
  • ½” diameter x ¼” shank x 108 degree TCT V Groove - overall length of 51mm, with two flutes and maximum RPM of 32,000.
  • ½” diameter x ¼” shank x 135 degree TCT V Groove - overall length of 51mm, with two flutes and maximum RPM of 32,000.
  • Solid carbide V Groove cutters available in various angles and shank sizes
